Complete the online assessment at least 48-hours before your call. Be prepared to have open, honest, and transparent conversations about where your organisation is today and the challenges you are facing.   Your advisor will ask questions about current sales performance metrics and what you want to achieve. It will be helpful to have a view on your current revenue, how you generate new business, the health of your pipeline, and the factors that may be slowing progress or limiting growth.

By the end of the first call, which lasts around 45 minutes, we will typically have shared enough information for you to decide whether or not we are a good fit, and schedule a follow-up call to discuss logistics, support package required, and timing.   Following the initial conversation, we will send a short email outlining next steps and confirming the terms for the Alignment Day.   Before the Alignment Day, we will meet again to firm up the agenda and any pre-work required.
